Index Collection and Rewards

Claim EXP from discovered gear and ores, then collect Index level rewards. Check known EXP requirements, boosts, potions, and Ore Bag upgrades.
Open Index and click the EXP mark on a discovered entry. When the right-hand reward unlocks, click its separate Claim button to receive the reward and advance the Index level.
The Index records discovered weapons, helmets, armor, and ores. Their collection EXP leads to Ore Bag upgrades, boosts, and potions.
Claim entry EXP and level rewards
- Open Index and select Weapon, Helmet, Armor, or Ore. Undiscovered entries appear as silhouettes with question marks.
- Find a discovered entry marked with an exclamation point and a +EXP amount. Click its EXP mark to add that amount to the shared Index bar. Check other categories for more marked entries.
- When the reward on the right unlocks, click Claim there as a separate action. The Index level advances, and EXP above that level’s requirement carries over. If the reward still shows a lock, collect more entry EXP until the displayed requirement is met.

Known Index level requirements and rewards
The EXP requirement applies to the level currently shown in Index. Claiming its reward advances the level; it is not an all-time EXP target.

The displayed title changes with Index progress: Recruit at level 3, Swordsman at 5, Hero at 7, Grandmaster at 9, Blademaster at 11, and Smuggler at 14. Claiming the level 16 reward changes the title to Legendary and displays Max Level.
What Ore Bag rewards change
Ore Bag +1 and Ore Bag +2 increase the ore carrying limit by one or two slots when their Index rewards are claimed. Reaching the EXP requirement alone does not expand the bag. More slots let you collect more ore before returning to Forge or Sell.
The coin-purchased Max Ore Count upgrade is another way to expand ore capacity; its costs and effects are covered in Selling Items and Buying Coin Upgrades. After the level 16 Ore Bag reward is claimed, Index shows Max Level even if EXP remains visible on the bar.
